Later, my participation in the Services Selection Board (SSB) officer selection process shaped my discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking, reinforcing the values of leadership, teamwork, and decision-making.

My corporate background equips me to mentor students in professional skills, while my defense exposure adds confidence, discipline, and leadership qualities — creating a holistic mentoring approach.
